His greatest joy continues to be seeing people’s lives transformed by the truth of God’s Word and watching them become world changers. A nationally recognized high school football player, Phillip was recruited to play quarterback at the University of North Carolina and later transferred to Louisiana Tech University. After a career-ending injury, Phillip has spent decades coaching football and working in multiple ministry positions. Phillip is also a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. Phillip is excited about helping others develop their skills, leadership, and character in order to expand their influence has been his passion.
